The 5th China Annual Conference and Exhibition on Intelligent Transport Systems & The 6th International Energy-Efficiency and New Energy Vehicles Innovation Development Forum and Exhibition will be held in Shenzhen, from December 11 to 13, 2009, with the topic “ITS & NEV —Create a New Traveling Mode”. This event is organized together by National Intelligent Transportation Systems Coordination and Steering Group, National Clean-Fuel Vehicle Action Coordination and Leading Group, China Intelligent Transportation Systems Association, and People's Government of Shenzhen Municipality.

This event is very attractive for attendees with multiform activities including Opening ceremony, Executive Session, Plenary Session, Gala Dinner, Mayor Forum of energy efficient and new energy vehicle demonstration cities, ITS Technical Session with subject speech to discuss ITS technology edge and development. Subject Session of NEV will show technical achievements of energy efficient and new energy vehicles, as well as in Interactive Showcase and Technical Tours.

Representatives from government, enterprises and organizations international will present highway traffic construction planning, ITS development tactics, Action Plan of State Traffic Safety, Independent Innovation Action Plan of High Speed Train, automobile industry redevelopment planning, NEV vehicle demonstration planning and international development trend, etc. At the sessions time, invited mayor representative of NEV demonstration cities will come from Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Changchun, Dalian, Hangzhou, Jinan, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Hefei, Changsha, Kunming, and Nanchang to attend interactive communion with the forum attendees from local departments of Science and Technology, Public Security, Transport, Railway, Civil Aviation and Urban Construction, etc.
